Ramblings-of-a-Swimmer

So, I just found out Dalhousie University in Nova Scotia is a pretty amazing school :S. They have this rediculous swimming facility. Strange though, that I didn't even know this place existed. Dalhousie. Hmm. I like the sound of that! But I think I've technically been promised to Laurier. Well, either way.

Speaking of, there's a swim meet this Saturday I'm going to watch between Laurier and Western (I'll probably be the only specator there :P, ah well I'm used to it). It's also going on during the time when I'd normally be swimming in the same pool. I really just need to do something fun before I go to work for 8 hours.

I hate the very concept of drive-thru. F*** drive thru, f*** people who use it. If you can't get your ass out of your car to get a goddamn coffee or donut, you need to stop eating fast food and take a look at your friggin' life, to see where exactly you went wrong. Seriously. And when you consciously drive up to a large line, don't be surprised when you actually have to WAIT for a few minutes to get your stupid order.

I have a renewed dislike of Bluevale. 42-0 tonight in the Battle of Waterloo versus WCI. Ok. We get it. You're the a friggin' NFL team (although oddly enough they lost last week to Preston? by some really low score on both sides). You don't need to always totally humiliate your opponents. And they're like that in other sports too. I know it's not fair to generalize, and there must be plently of ok people there, but the people that represent the school sure make them seem like arrogant jerks.
